32: 4 Steps to Creating a True, Healthy Movement Habit
Regular movement is a core, healthy habit. BUT, getting to 10,000 steps a day is almost impossible without devoting a large chunk of time to movement. Although it's an out-of-the-box idea, I preach that moving all day is possible. AND we can do more, better, when we break things up into smaller increments.
I want to give you 4 steps to creating an all-day movement habit so you can get in your movement needs daily.
